Adult L1 Courses

Our adult level 1 courses are ideal for anyone looking to start playing tennis for the first time and equally well suited for those coming back to the game after a few years out.  This course will provide a basic introduction to the main techniques and strategies to help you get off to the best start possible. 

All equipment is supplied but if you have your own racket please do bring it along.
