Mini Competitions

Hackney Tennis hosts a range of competitive opportunities for mini tennis players including Open LTA events and Hackney Tennis club events.

Hackney Tennis Match Play

We sometimes hold Mini Red Mixed Match Play sessions during the holidays to give our youngest players the chance to practice their skills on court, get some experience playing matches and enjoy some friendly competition. Details of future match play sessions will appear here.

LTA Mini Tennis Events

Upcoming Grade 5 and Grade 6* South East Region Junior Tour Tournaments at Clissold Park. These events are open to any player with an LTA rating.

Middlesex Mini Masters

The Middlesex Mini Masters is a series of 8U (Red ball), 9U (Orange ball) and 10U (Green ball) tournaments taking place in Middlesex. Hackney Tennis mini competitions are part of this series.

The Hackney Tennis Club Finals take place at the beginning of September.

The Hackney Tennis Annual Club Tournament is exclusive to Hackney Tennis members.

Please enter by selecting your events below and completing the online forms. Within each of the event categories, as you move through the booking process, you will be asked to specify which event, such as boys or girls, you wish to enter. You will need the entrant’s BTM to complete the entry form.

The Quorn™ Family Tennis Cup is an informal, fun competition for families to compete as a team. Hackney Tennis endeavors to host two age group categories, Red Ball (10u juniors + adult) and Yellow Ball 18u + adult events each year.

Hackney Tennis enters a number of teams in the Team Tennis leagues which run each year, and range from mini red through to adults. To find out more about playing with Hackney Tennis junior teams please contact James Mills at [email protected]
