Online booking FAQs:
How do I claim a credit?
Whether cancelling a booking with 24 hours notice or your court was unplayable at the time of play, email your original booking confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can request a transfer to another date/time subject to availability within the 7 day window. If a transfer is not possible, a court booking voucher of equal value to your booking will be issued to use for future bookings. Unplayable court requests cannot be considered ahead of the time of the booking.
How do I move or cancel a booking?
We require 24 hours notice to re-schedule any bookings. You can move or cancel a booking by forwarding the original booking or booking reference to the office. You can then rebook at that time, with your new preferred booking date/time, or email a request at a later date. New booking times or dates are not valid until you have received a confirmation email.
How do I know my card and personal details are secure?
Our transaction partners are PCIDSS Level 1 compliant. Customer details provided via OpenPlay are protected by an SQL injection security layer. We never share any user or bookings data with third parties.
Why do I have to put in my card details every time I book?
For bookings going through the OpenPlay system you will now have the option of saving your card details for future use. OpenPlay’s transaction partner which holds the data is PCIDSS Level 1 compliant. With transactions operating through Booking Bug, the historical decision was made to operate in this way to ensure that only you hold your card details over time. Their transaction partner is also PCIDSS compliant. Following the full transition to OpenPlay the choice will be yours.
